We expect education in the 21st Century to be different for our students. As administrators and school leaders, this means that the educational experience must be different for teachers and staff as well. Creating this new environment for learning requires administrators to rethink our approach to teacher leadership. As a new administrator, I have attempted to create an educational environment for staff that replicates the type of learning and interactions necessary for success in the 21st Century.
